ConvertQuiz Snapshot Installation Process

Single user (inside a sub-account)

Before you start: make sure your payment card is added to the sub-account (Settings → Billing/Company). If there’s no card, checkout will fail.

1. Open App Marketplace (left menu) and search ConvertQuiz.
   
   Don’t see App Marketplace?
   If you have Agency-level admin permissions for your business, go to Agency view → App Marketplace → Settings (top-right) and enable the Marketplace for your sub-account.

   If you don’t have Agency access, ask your agency admin/owner to either re-enable the Marketplace for your sub-account or to push ConvertQuiz to your sub-account from Agency view.

2. Click Install (label may vary), select your sub-account, and complete checkout.

3. Asset selection (important): if prompted to choose what to include, turn on everything. Double-check the Asset Reference list below.

4. Confirm. The snapshot assets are pushed into your sub-account.

💡NOTE: Sub-accounts can install apps directly when the agency has made Marketplace visible and allowed sub-account installs.

Agency

1. Check your App Marketplace controls (Agency view)

   Go to Agency → App Marketplace → Settings (top-right) and review:

   Sub-account left navigation menu: visible or hidden?
   
   Which apps can sub-accounts view? → All approved apps or Only installed apps.
   (These settings determine whether clients can install apps themselves or only see apps you’ve already installed for them.)
   
   Now follow the option below that matches your setup:

2. Option A: If sub-accounts can see App Marketplace and view All approved apps

   (Clients can install themselves; you can still set a resale price.)

• In Settings → Manage App Access, search “ConvertQuiz” and approve it for sub-accounts (so they can see it).

• Go back and in the App Reselling tab, find ConvertQuiz and set your resale price (optional markup).

• Tell clients to open App Marketplace in their sub-account, search ConvertQuiz, click Install, and include all assets (see Asset Reference).

  Who pays what: The client (sub-account) pays your resale price (if you set one) at checkout; you keep the markup. (HighLevel supports agency resell/billing flow.)

3. Option B: If sub-accounts can see Marketplace but view Only installed apps or do not have Marketplace access (hidden)

   (Clients cannot install; you must install and push to sub-accounts)

• From Agency level → App Marketplace, open ConvertQuiz and click Install.

• Select one or more sub-accounts, and when prompted, turn on everything (see Asset Reference below), then confirm.

• (Optional) In App Reselling tab, set your resale price if you want HighLevel to rebill the client.

  Who pays what: At checkout, the agency pays (HighLevel supports “pay on behalf” during agency installs). You can rebill with markup via App Reselling or recover the cost via your SaaS plan/invoice.
